Within 24 hours of lodging a service request, Ben emailed to say that they had identified the fault and a new inverted was on its way and would be replaced under warranty. All fixed within a week or so and we are now once again producing energy for ourselves and the grid. Well done AG Solar.
Overall, I'm happy with the performance of the solar system and battery solution, which has been operating well since installation. However, the installation process was more challenging than expected. There were lengthy delays throughout the project, and I incurred additional costs that may have been avoided had the initial site inspections been carried out more thoroughly. I also required a return visit to rectify some workmanship issues identified after installation. To their credit, the head office team was generally responsive and worked with me to resolve the concerns raised, including providing a discount on the final invoice to help offset the unexpected additional costs. While the end result is a functioning system that I'm pleased with, the overall customer experience fell short of expectations due to the delays, additional costs, and quality control issues during installation.

AG Solar provided an excellent experience from start to finish with my Sigenergy battery installation. Their quote was very competitive from the beginning, and I had confidence using them again as they had previously installed my solar panels. As part of the battery installation, they reconfigured the existing solar arrays to suit the new system, which was handled professionally and efficiently. The information and support provided before installation were excellent. On the day, the team turned up on time, completed the installation without any trouble, and cleaned up properly afterwards. At handover, they took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had installed the app and understood how to use it. The handover was professional, supportive and not rushed.
