I feel, compared to others we approached, we were given expert advice to exactly meet our needs and the outcomes we wanted from such a major investment. Communication has been fantastic and so responsive (Even when you were at the cricket on a weekend) and reeks of experts and real humans not salespeople. Post installation the communication regarding the app and warranties etc was instant and easy to navigate. Even the physical clean up afterwards was much appreciated.
