From initial contact by phone, the receptionist was ultra efficient and helpful, through to the air con service where the technician was efficient and helpful on the phone as I couldn't be present at the property. The technician even put my daughters room back together after I had to move the bed to provide access to the internal unit. Will definitely use F and D again.

Had Ford & Doonan install a ducted system to my new build through the builder. Had to get them back after 4 months as one of the rooms was not getting any cooling at all. Turns out the ducting in the roof wasn't connected properly and it was blowing the air into the roof. The airtouch panel also wasn't set up properly, the only saving grace from a 1 star review to a 2 star was Linda, she came out to do the hand over (which should have happened after the install not 4 months down the track) and she was great. Fixed the issue with the room and set it up correctly and showed me how to use it, lovely lady.

Communication from quote to installation was great. The team who installed the aircon in my house were very respectful and polite. They cleaned up after them selves. Would 10/10 recommend Ford & Doonan Bunbury.

Tuesday 4th July 2023 After one of two reverse cycle outlets in our home stopped working (as we had been told might happen when the units had their annual service), my husband did some research into alternative means of heating and cooling our home and contacted Ford and Doonan for some more information. Joe Barningham came out on Thursday 29th June and explained, very clearly, the 16kw ducted air conditioning system which could be a possibility with six zones and powered by electricity. We decided there and then to ask for a quote; that came through that afternoon; we accepted the quote and the system was installed very efficiently this morning/early afternoon by the Ford and Doonan team. Hard to believe that everything happened so quickly and efficiently; the men worked well and cleaned up afterwards; Duncan clearly explained how to use the controls and it's now on our phone as well as on the wall.
