I rang 3 times in addition to placing an on-line enquiry twice in relation to a new solar installation with battery. No response at all, obviously busy but what happened to some common courtesy in at least acknowledging my enquiry. Very unprofessional.

We had our solar system installed three years ago, everything was working well until recently we noticed the GoodWe inverter is not working properly. Great sales consultation from Emile on best product requirement. Chris the installer was fantastic. Great customer support with a water leak noticed on a Sunday night due to a possible cracked tile after installation. Chris was back at my home first thing the next morning and replaced the tiles. Accidents do happen and the cracked tile was missed upon installation, but the aftersales and customer support is first class! Well done team Solarmatic! Have recommended your business to family and friends. Keep up the great work!
