Solar Uptime

Solar Uptime is a solar maintenance and repair company founded in 2013 and formerly known as ServiceTech. It is a Clean Energy Council member, a NETCC Approved Seller, and accredited by Solar Accreditation Australia. It services South East Queensland, Northern NSW, and the Hunter region.

Solar Uptime offers solar repairs, maintenance, installations, and battery storage. It provides a written workmanship guarantee and recommends isolator safety checks every 2 years. Solar Uptime was featured on Open Homes Australia. It installed a 40kW solar system using LONGi Hi-MO 5m panels at a home in Cashmere, Queensland.

On the Gold Coast, Solar Uptime has built a reputation through maintenance and repair work that customers describe as professional, honest and reliable. Reviews time and again mention technicians who arrive on time and explain faults clearly, with Jemal and Jamal singled out for patient fault-finding and practical advice, while Bill and Shaun are praised for asking the right questions before any visit and for offering guidance without pushing unnecessary sales. Customers writing about their orders describe a smooth process from first enquiry through to installation, noting that quotes are given personally and appointments confirmed ahead of time.

The work itself covers inverter repairs and replacements, including SolarEdge and Goodwe units, along with system inspections and testing; reviewers mention job reports arriving promptly and monitoring apps set up so generation can be tracked straight away. Tidiness and clear communication before and after the job come up often, as does the friendly manner of staff handling complex faults during difficult personal circumstances. The result is a consistent account of expertise, punctuality and fair dealing across solar servicing, battery enquiries and hot water advice, with named technicians and office staff earning particular credit for follow-through.
