What a wonderful service by Omega Solar, especially Greg who came out and changed my solar inverter. He was efficient, friendly and provided a great price for the product and service provided. On time and trustworthy. Greg was also the same person that fitted our whole system of 20 panels etc over 13 years ago. Did such a great job that nothing has gone wrong in that time, just time to change the inverter. I would recommend Greg and Omega Solar to anyone on the Gold Coast. UPDATE - just had our solar replaced due to storm damage - Greg and the team did a wonderful job, all in one day!
Guys turned up to install right on the time they had indicated, and were done by mid afternoon. System was generating power instantly and works like a treat, well and truely covering our needs power wise to run the whole house. Thanks Peter Rachael and the team.
Great communication and professional and friendly staff. Every step of the way Omega provides honest information and exceptional service delivery. After receiving a number of quotes this company was a shining star. It was crystal clear to me that they have been in this business for a long time and true believers in reliable, long lasting solar systems. The in house installation team were very professional and considerate of my needs. Taking the time to explain the system and associated software application, nothing was rushed. If you are looking for a professional company solar/battery system with no BS I couldn’t recommend more highly.
Greg and the team did an excellent job. Installed 42 new panels, 2 power walls and wall charger. It’s great having the owner on the tools top quality build and fit out. Highly recommended!
Nice clean and efficient install. A pleasure to deal with. Retrofitted a new battery to our existing system in what other installers had said was too difficult for them.
We had a great experience with Omega Solar. The team was super easy to deal with, kept us in the loop the whole time, and got everything done quickly. The setup was smooth, no stress at all. Really happy we can switch off the grid when we need to. Big thumbs up for their workmanship and how well they communicated throughout. Would definitely recommend
