My inverter was installed in 2021 and worked well until 6 January, when it stopped working and showed error code 405. I reported the issue to Vela the same day. They escalated it to the manufacturer the next day and told me a case had been created. On 8 January, an electrician came and replaced the inverter in about five minutes, and everything has been working normally since then. On 12 January, the solar panels generated 39.7 kWh of power. I’m very happy with Solartoday’s after-sales service and would highly recommend them
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Solar Today for their outstanding service over the years. Several years ago, I had solar panels installed by them, and I was so satisfied with their work that I recently chose them again for an additional set of solar panels and a battery installation. A special thanks to Vela for her professional customer service—she was incredibly helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. I also want to thank William for his technical support. Whenever we had questions, he was quick to respond and always provided clear and satisfactory answers. Lastly, big thanks to the installation team for their fast and professional work. They completed the installation efficiently and with great skill. Overall, I highly recommend Solar Today for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality solar energy solutions!
