My inverter was installed in 2021 and worked well until 6 January, when it stopped working and showed error code 405. I reported the issue to Vela the same day. They escalated it to the manufacturer the next day and told me a case had been created. On 8 January, an electrician came and replaced the inverter in about five minutes, and everything has been working normally since then. On 12 January, the solar panels generated 39.7 kWh of power. I’m very happy with Solartoday’s after-sales service and would highly recommend them
