We had solar panels and a battery installed by the Melbourne Energy Group. They were incredibly professional, answered all our questions, and were responsive to our needs. The installers arrived and finished on time and delivered a very tidy installation. Cannot fault the service. Highly recommend.

It is not often you manage to find such a friendly and professional company. We had another solar installer who let us down badly. Toby and crew stepped in and re-installed the panels and cabling compliant with the regulations. The end result is a very tidy and effective installation. We are now looking at extending the panels using a method recommended by Toby. I love the guy, he is great.

I recently used Melb Energy Group to design and install my residential solar and battery backup system in Beaconsfield Upper. They organised everything and the lead time was only a couple of weeks. I wanted a slightly different setup to normal and Shane was very accommodating. Nothing was too hard- great attitude by all the staff. The smartphone app they use is easy to navigate.
