4.7 / 5 · 165 totalWe just had the install yesterday. The installation team led by Ghazi were fantastic. The install was a difficult one ( steep roof and terracotta tiles). The guys were careful, safe and gave great communications to work around any minor issues. They even relocated a snake for us.
My solar system just installed Friday 5/6/26 after wait over 2 months! That’s a bit stressful as they don’t tell you when exactly they going to install, I hope they can improve it. But finally I got it and Ghazi and his team was very professional and everything very detailed. Recommended if you are willing to wait.
We had a great experience with our solar battery installation. Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Mark was also very helpful throughout the process, always quick to answer questions and keep us updated. Everything was well organized, and they managed to arrange and complete the installation within just 2 weeks. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to others looking for a reliable solar installation team.

I recently had a fairly complex solar installation completed by ISOLUX Solar, and overall I’m very happy with the outcome. The scope wasn’t straightforward - it involved relocating existing solar panels to a different section of the roof to enable other roof works, and then installing a brand new 13.3kWh system along with a battery and dual inverters. In total, the setup includes 48 panels, two inverters, and a battery system. What really stood out was the on-ground installation team. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and work ethic were excellent -- they genuinely went above and beyond my expectations. A special mention to Shivam, who stayed on top of the entire process from start to finish and ensured everything was delivered properly. To be fair, there were a few challenges. Communication wasn’t always smooth, likely due to the back-office team being offshore. There were also some last-minute changes (including one late evening on a weekend), and the invoice was sent just before installation requesting full payment, which wasn’t ideal. Additionally, there wasn’t always a clear single point of contact, with multiple people engaging from overseas. That said, the quality of the on-site execution more than made up for these issues. The final result is exactly what I needed, and the system is performing as expected. Overall, despite a few process-related hiccups, the delivery exceeded expectations, and for that reason, I’m happy to give 5 stars.

Great experience with Isolux from start to finish. Mark Jones was professional, transparent, and made everything simple. Haider did an excellent job with the installation. He’s patient, efficient,, and very professional. What really stood out was their customer-first approach and clear communication throughout.
