Solar Galaxy

Good company. Very honest people especially Eddie. Was a bit disappointed when they couldn’t fit me in before rebates dropped but very professional afterwards and good install when it eventually happened. Only negative was we were too cheap to install a concrete bed and now it looks bad but no one goes out there anyway. Only wish we go in earlier would have been $3K cheaper! No issues so far good working system solar and battery.

Excellent job, friendly staff members, specially Adam We recently had our solar system installed and are very happy with the entire experience. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the installation to a high standard. Specifically Adam he explained everything clearly and made the process smooth from start to finish. The system is working great, Highly recommend their service to anyone considering solar installation. 👍👍

I am very happy with Adam and his team. Adam was very helpful in recommending the best solar system to suit my house. He was always available to answer any questions or inquiries I had with my Solar Panels, inverter and Battery. Ming and his team who installed the system arrived on time, were very tidy and cleaned up, respectful and polite. There was a language barrier (Vietnamese) but Ming was very professional and thorough in explaining how the system worked. I highly recommend Solar Galaxy as it was recommended to me I will also be doing the same. (May 2026)

I recently engaged Solar Galaxy to install a solar and battery system at my property, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every respect. From the initial consultation to the installation and finalisation of our Virtual Power Plant (VPP) rebate, the service provided was exceptional throughout. The Senior Sales Manager, John Walker, provided outstanding support and guidance throughout the project. He carefully assessed our energy requirements and recommended a system that was well-suited to our needs while remaining competitively priced. His technical expertise, professionalism, and responsiveness made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. The installation team was equally impressive. They arrived on time, completed the installation efficiently, and maintained a very high standard of workmanship throughout the project. The work was carried out professionally, neatly, and with minimal inconvenience to our household. Since the installation, the system has performed exceptionally well. The solar panels, together with the FoxESS 23kW battery system, are already delivering noticeable improvements in energy performance and efficiency. It is clear that the equipment supplied is of a very high quality and backed by strong technical capability. What stood out most throughout this experience was the combination of professional advice, quality products, competitive pricing, and excellent customer service. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Solar Galaxy and John Walker to anyone considering a solar and battery solution.

When I was thinking of getting a Solar Battery, a friend of mine who had used Solar Galaxy to install the panels and the battery, gave me the contact details and was full of praise about the company and the service they provided. I made a phone call around 4.30 pm and spoke to Victor and told him that my friend introduced their company, and I was looking to get a price to install a battery . After asking a few questions, he told me that he would get back to me soon. Since it was almost the end of the day I was expecting to hear from him the next day. To my surprise I received a call from Victor, at 5.45 to let me know that he had emailed the prices for three types of batteries to me, and should I have any questions to contact him. Since that very moment Victor had been very helpful. The battery was installed yesterday and even Mins the installer was very efficient and patient to explain the system to me. Also when they finished the job the place was cleaned up as well. I would like to Thank Victor for all his help and would recommend Solar Galaxy to anyone who is looking for a company to install solar panels and batteries. I personally would give them 5 out of 5.

I used Solar Galaxy for the second time and dealt with Adam Taylor. He explained everything clearly about the system and made sure the whole process went smoothly. From start to finish, he was always there to help and even assisted me with the VPP rebate application. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a solar solution.
