Bree was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all my questions in detail and provide me with multiple quote, all containing more information than I expected. Adam and his team did a fantastic job during the install. His communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond to move a GPO for me and upgrade our switchboard to current standards. The system handover was excellent as he explained each step of what he did and what I need to know. Site was left clean and tidy, and Mackenzie followed up with a check in phone call the afternoon after install. All in all, from first contact, finance, booking, install, handover and follow up was excellent. The system performs to my expectations and I would recommend Solar Dimension to anyone looking to install a solar system or battery to their property.
Heard from family about Solar Dimensions, but still did the shop around. In the end Solar Dimensions was the smart option for advice, service, and professionalism. Spoke with the super friendly reception and then straight to David. Hassel free booking for David to get the house with a Drone to check out my setup and provide options. David gives you solutions and answers all the questions, even picks up the phone when you call. Easy book-in, paperwork, payment, then it’s installation day. Darren arrives on time and ready for a one-day-finish support crew. Darren listens to what you what, gives you some guidance and advice and then it’s a magical stand back and watch time. Darren directs the team and deals and solves problems as they arise. Darren cares about getting the job done right more than I do… and I have OCD about everything being done perfect the first time. Very happy from start to finish. Couldn’t say a bad thing about the company and would give Darren 6 stars out of 5.

What really stood out was how respectful they were on-site, leaving everything clean and tidy upon completion.
