They even contacted Ergon and got it on the tariff for me. I had a few cheaper quotes, none of which informed me of their obligations to Ergon so the charger can be connected on the right KW. Money well spent and highly recommend!
Purchased a 280lt Eco Hotwater heat pump to replace a gas hot water system. Solahart Townsville were great throughout the entire process. Tradesmen were friendly and happy to discuss the operation of the heat pump and functions. Staff followed up promptly to ensure everything went smoothly with the installation. Would recommend Solahart for anyone looking to install or replace a hotwater system. I'm happy with an efficient system that pairs well with solar and no longer have a gas bill.
This is the third experience I've had with Solahart Townsville, so they must be doing something right. I can't recommend this team enough. They installed my initial solar panels and hot water heat pump in 2023, they did a solar panel clean and check in late 2025 and now recently upgraded panels and inverter for solar power storage (battery). Jason (owner), Rob (who was at all 3 of my jobs) and Brandyn did a superior job on my installation. Their knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. Haylee and Jen in the office stepped me through the process and Jen was fantastic when she came to my home to quote my 3rd job. Haylee kept the communication open throughout the process via email and phone calls, keeping me updated all the way through. Pleased that Solarhart came the same day as they said they would. Tradie was efficient and knew his job making sure everything was done. Water had to be wasted during work, but it was better in the patio than inside. All in all, satisfied.
Quick response and very good advice. Installation of parts and inspection of our HWS was cheap and effective. Friendly and helpful staff in the Townsville Office.
Over the Christmas and New Year break the booster for our Solahart hot water system stopped working. I emailed the office on the 1st of January and on Saturday the 3rd Troy was at our door inspect the system, discovering broken heating element he promptly fixed the problem and we had hot water a couple of hours later. That's great customer service as the office was not opening till Monday 05 January. I highly recommended this great local business for all your solar heating and energy needs. Fully disclosure I have been a customer for over 10 years.
The tradesman arrived at the appointed time and was pleasant and informative in relation to our Solar Hart system. All checks were documented with photos to support information given. The tradesman was friendly and approachable and we are happy with his work.
