Installation was on time and of a very high standard. Brendan followed up after installation going through the setup for maximum performance. The system is functioning perfectly and delivering energy as promised. I can highly recommend both Brendan and Solahart Northern Tasmania.
2020 after 2 years of local and interstate research of installing over 30 large solar panels into our three Storie house roof plus a large storage Battery in the Garage. I needed high quality made panels plus the best battery I could find. Brendan at SOLAHART/manion plumbing in Invermay rd Launceston filled all the tick boxes in our research ,4 years on were so happy with quality of the product and its installation, reduced power bills plus the back up battery linked to our 2 interior lifts and to selected fridges an electric stoves in event of power blackout ,the back up service and communication was excellent from Brendan and the Solahart team. Absolutley fantastic team to deal with. Brendan was incredibly kind and warm. He is genuinley passionte about all things solar. He went above and beyond to make sure I could make an informed choice. The tradies who installed the panels were absolutely fantastic. The backyard at one point was covered in rubbbish. I went back out to find no mess at all! They were clean, polite, efficient and I hardly noticed they were there at all. I will be telling everyone who will listen to me about the service I recieved from Solahart.
We couldn't be happier with the service from Brendan and team. Super easy, professional interaction from initial online query to installation. We are very happy with the final product. Brendan gave great advice and was obviously very knowledgable about his products, replied to our many questions quickly and guided us through the process. My partner 29, myself 27 had been thinking about solar panels for a while, we work full time however with a new build we have smart appliances which we can use timers for everything except dryer due to safety reasons, Brendan came out after I contacted for a chat to give us a rundown, he was knowledgeable, kind and answered all our questions + more We went with 19 panels so we could save $ by not having to go through council, no batteries, Brendan showed us his own panels working through the app, and that he has been in credit. Manion plumbing completed our install and they were also very nice, Brendan came out and gave us some extra tips on how to save money. We were able to do a payment plan through the government scheme and it is VERY affordable. Ours were installed late May so have only had 1 day in credit but we are looking forward to saving money the upcoming summer. If you are on the fence reach out to the team and have a chat. When we decided to invest in solar, we made contact with a number of solar providers throughout the state (Tas) and were really disappointed with the response, information and follow up with the exception of one company, SOLAHART. The sales rep Brenden was amazing to deal with. He listened to our requirements where other companies had told us what we needed and he made some fantastic suggestions which have resulted in an efficient and cost effective solution to solar. The install was done on time when they had indicated and the communication prior to install and updates during were above and beyond. Brenden has also made contact with us several times since the install to discuss how we could improve how and where we use our power to maximise our return on investment. We have recommended SOLAHART to our friends and family. The best in the business!
