Installers, office and proprieter all excellent. Felt like we were on the same page all the way through - system 'commissioned' a fortnight ago - panels and batteries. Loving it.

Mode is an excellent local business with a focus quality installations rather than aggressive marketing. I got 4 quotes and Simon was the only person who got up on the roof to take measurements before giving the quote. Every other company had only sent a salesperson, whereas Simon clearly had years of hands on experience installing systems personally. Every person from Mode Energy I spoke to was courteous, accomodating and graciously answered all my tricky questions. I've been extremely pleased and I have already recommended Mode to several of my friends.

Mode Energy is awesome. Their people are a credit to the company. Actually everyone I’ve dealt with at Mode has been exceptional - something that is not that common these days. I’m in awe at how efficient the installation was. Quick, pleasant to deal with, clean, no audible swearing (not that I’m bothered, but some tradies definitely have a way with words!), calm, collected, and over all extremely professional and courteous. I’m extremely happy with the job done and the outcome, and will certainly use Mode again in the future should the need arise.

Mode installed 8kw of solar (in addition to my existing 5 kw), a Tesla Powerwall 3, Tesla car charger, timers for the floor and water heating and switched my tariff to 93. Despite a protracted timescale due to ongoing building works, Mode accommodated my complex needs. They provided sound technical advice on the configuration, came when they said they would, installed everything neatly, tidied up before they left and answered all my questions. And I think the final bill was less than the initial estimate. Highly recommended!
