was looking to update our solar hot water system. i had spent some time on the internet trying to learn which system or appliance would best be suited. Not only did the tradie explain which would be the better option but also the best way to procede. 10/10

We had Solarhart come out before Christmas after we had a leak in our roof fixed due to bad workmanship with the builder. Apparently, whilst Solarhart was replacing the panels they stuffed up something in the Inverter. Nothing was ever said to us regarding this.🤬🤬 We received a call 2 weeks ago to advise there was a problem & could they come out & replace the part? Apparently they needed to wait due to the part being covered under warranty?? Just received our monthly bill & it has gone up by over $60. Obviously our solar hadn't been working. 🤬🤬. We now have another problem but they can't come out for another 2 weeks. What's our next bill going to be?? Are they using cheap stuff, is it bad workmanship or they don't give a stuff?? I'm assuming we will be offered compensation?

Solahart went out of their way to reinstall a new solar system on our roof while they were in their busiest time.
