Matt Farrell Electrical Pty Ltd

Exceptional customer service. Staff are all friendly and polite, with no questions unanswered. Highly respectful in the work they carry out with the best of care to your property. When I need any electrical work to be done, Matt Farrell Electrical is the only company that is trustworthy to do a great job. 🙂

I have engaged Matt Farrell Electrical numerous times over the past few years and have always had a positive experience with them, from quoting through to the completion of works. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Absolutely the best around. We have used other sparkies in the past but since going with Mitch Farrell a couple of years ago we have been really impressed with the whole organisation as they are very organised, turn up when they say they will and even advise you when they are a short distance away and arriving soon. They are very competitively priced all staff are fantastic to deal with. Highly recommended.

An urgent request for a visit was treated promptly with a speedy response and electrical service remedied my issue within desired timeframe. Expert advice was offered and this has become an ongoing pattern of excellent service from Matt's team.

Matt attended in person to an emergency callout after a fire in our fusebox on a public holiday. We were expecting to be without power for a number of days however he had power back on that afternoon. Great professional and prompt service. Can highly recommend Matt and his team for all your electrical needs.

We are very appreciative of the great work that Caleb, Toby and the team did for us. They were professional, efficient and had good communication when confirming the specific job details which we really appreciated. For the job itself it was extremely neat, including leaving our house and outdoor area clean and tidy afterwards. The extra care and attention to detail makes your business go beyond the rest, and we will continue to recommend and engage your services in the future. Thank you again for your great work!

Great communication from the office staff to the electricians, fantastic service and a great team. Special shout out to Scott he has a great eye for detail and able to think outside the box. We really appreciated the speed and efficiency. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business they are a great team.
