Once again Snap Solar for the win. After upgrading my Solar and installing a Tesla Powerwall earlier in the year I knew exactly who to call to install a Tesla home charger. The whole team I dealt with, Brady, Bella and Addison made this a simple and pleasurable experience. Highly recommend the team at Snap Solar for solar and EV chargers.

Brady and the team took the time to listen to our needs and concerns. They were able to guide us to a solution for our particular needs. And when those needs changed during the installation period , they were able to modify the system without complaints. They offered various options but they were pragmatic enough to be honest about the outcomes. All the while answering our questions and allowing us to keep ownership of the end result. There was no pressure to make a decision and a genuine interest in the best solution. Work was carried out on time. Installer Brock and his team were punctual and tidy and put up with a nosy customer with good grace. All together , a very good experience despite the obvious major investment in our home. Thanks Snap Solar! We made a great choice! From the excellent Sales rep Brady. He gave us his honest opinion as an electrician by trade. There was no push, just experienced advice & lots of options to suit our needs. To the lovely office staff Bella.. & the very polite & professional installation crew. It has been an easy no drama process. We are very happy with our new system, & even more pleased to not have to pay another electricity bill! 😅 I highly recommend Snap Solar

Was a seamless experience form start to finish and great follow up to see how the system was working and any issues. Glad we chose Snap Solar for the installation, although not the cheapest option, we are very happy with the end proxduct. Found the Snap Solar team very professional to deal with and follow up. Brady went through in detail all our options and explained the pros and cons of each option so we got the best to suit our needs. After sales service is been exellent and helpfull.

Fantastic process from start to finish! At our initial consultation Brady was super helpful explaining all of the products on the market and what solution would best suit our energy needs. On install day, I couldn't be present, but Brock talked me through the plan over the phone at the start of the day and gave me a ring at the end of the day to let me know how everything went. The install team have done an incredibly tidy job and we couldn't be happier - many thanks guys!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Brock Campbell and Luke who installed my Solar System. They were efficient, helpful, and even cleaned up after themselves. They installed my solar panels on the roof, a gateway panel, the Tesla battery and inverter, and sat with me at the end to help install and explain my Tesla phone app. These 2 may be sub-contractors to Snap Solar as an installation crew but Snap Solar sure has to keep them on the books. They are worth a mint to the company. Thank you gentlemen. Brilliant job. Cheers Terry Sparks
