Solar system design, installation and battery storage are the work that comes up repeatedly for this Coffs Harbour company, and reviewers describe a consistent experience from the first quote to the follow-up visit. Several customers note that the team assessed household consumption before proposing a system, positioning panels across different roof sections to extend the hours of generation, and that the resulting reduction in power bills became evident quickly.

A detail many reviews return to is the speed of installation: larger jobs involving numerous panels, a battery and a hybrid inverter were reportedly completed in a single day, with the old equipment removed and stacked neatly and the site cleaned before the crew left. Reviewers frequently point to the professionalism of the installers, including safe work at heights and near power lines, and the willingness of staff to explain settings and demonstrate the monitoring app afterwards.

Alex and Tom are singled out for their friendly manner and clear communication, both before the job and in the follow-up. Quotes for systems suited to individual homes are described as fair, and the workmanship and equipment are said to match what was promised. Air conditioning installation is also mentioned alongside solar and battery work.
