Solahart Coffs Coast

Solahart Coffs Coast is owned by Lachlan and Will, who have owned the Solahart Tamworth dealership since November 2014 and purchased the Coffs Harbour branch in 2021. Will holds dual trade qualifications with both plumbing and electrical licences. The business operates as Namoi Sustainable Pty Ltd, trading as Solahart Coffs Coast. It has its own in-house install team, and all solar power installers are Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) accredited.

The company is part of the CEC retailer code of conduct scheme. The service area covers from Red Rock in the north to Scotts Head in the south, and west to Dorrigo. The business offers a free on-site solar assessment and guarantees the performance of every system it sells. Main services include solar power, solar hot water systems, energy storage, and commercial solar.

Households upgrading or repairing hot water and solar systems on the Coffs Coast feature throughout the feedback for this business, and the same strengths surface again and again. Customers describe prompt attendance, with callers who rang during the day reporting a tradesperson on site within hours, and reviewers repeatedly note that staff arrive when they say they will and finish what they promised. The quality of the completed work is a recurring theme, whether the job involved adding a battery to an existing solar setup, installing a hot water heater, replacing a mixing valve or reassessing a system with defects left by an earlier installer.

Named tradespeople, including August, Will and Matt, are singled out for explaining the electrics, setting up monitoring so households can track daily generation, and answering broader questions about solar systems without overselling. Several customers mention clear communication before and after the work, courteous office staff, tidy and efficient service, and pricing they consider fair rather than inflated. Warranty coverage on a repeat call-out is also described positively. The consistent thread is helpful, knowledgeable tradespeople who resolve hot water and solar problems properly and leave systems running smoothly.
