My 35 year old solar hot water system started leaking. Of course it was a Saturday afternoon when I discovered it. I left a message on renews answering machine and received a call back on Monday morning. I asked what options for a two panel 300L hot water solar hot water system and had a quote sent through by Leanne within the hour. I made my decision and was booked in for a Thursday install same week. Unfortunately the weather decided that was not happening. Leanne called early Thursday to to say install was off and rescheduled for me to my next day off on the Tuesday. Great to have a company communicate so well when things dont go to plan. The Install went ahead yesterday without any problems and today I have lots of hot water again. The install team were friendly, efficient and left everything clean and tidy. They did also offer to put a temporary hot water heater on if I wanted it while i was waiting for the weather to cooperate.. Definitely recommend them for solar hot water system.

Renew Energy gave a very competitive quote to replace our solar hot water system. The plumbers turned up on time, were very friendly and professional. Replaced our old system quickly and took it away. Recommend them for anyone thinking about replacing their solar hot water system.

Renew Energy were excellent to deal with from start to finish. We upgraded our solar system and installed a battery. After a site visit and a talk with Steve we made our decision to proceed. On the day the install team turned up they were very professional and left our place clean and tidy. Very happy customer.

Faultless professional interaction. No hard sales tactics, professional installers.
