Solar Naturally

The team were punctual, they explained thoroughly the process and even advised us about a better location of the batteries. The workmanship was excellent!! I appreciate the little details like labels on gpo. They also cleaned after themselves and I can fully recommend their services!! Keep it up Team!!

Salesperson knocked on the door and encouraged me to speak to one of their people. Appointment made for the 15th July at 2.30 pm. Arrived on time and spent 35 minutes with me. Told me he would send me a txt requesting my email so he could forward a quote. It's been 12 days and nothing received. I will now follow up as this is an indication of poor service.

Installers from Solar Naturally text me prior to my destination, arrived on time, set about there job, installed battery and connected wiring and other relevant products, did a very neat job and cleaned up after themselves, connected the app as well, also took the time to explain exactly how to navigate and understand the AlphaESS app. Been running for approximately 1 month and I couldn't be happier, the app is awesome and helps with understanding electricity usage.

We recently had our solar panels and battery installed and the people come to installed was very polite, friendly and i can tell that they were very experienced to what dido. The job was done very well net, clean and secure. The people at the office contacted us at the next day to make sure we are happy with the product and installation. Thank you very much to the team of "solar naturally" for the great experience. If I ever have to do it again I will definitely use your company again and again. Keep up the good work and service.

Fantastic company and customer service. I got solar panels installed with Solar Naturally in 2020, I was pleased with the initial cost and even more happy with the reduction in my electricity bills! When an issue came up with the inverter, they resolved the issue in a timley manner and the customer servuce was exceptional. They are not one of those companies that will take your money and then ghost you when a problem arises. I feel confident reccomending this company to my friends and family.

Solar Naturally has been great throughout the whole quotation and installation process. From getting in contact online Jack was very patient in explaining the battery systems suitable for our household and budget. There was alot of back and forth but he was super happy to always answer our questions and concerns. All paperwork was handled by Solar Naturally which was convenient. On install day, the installers arrived on schedule and happily discussed suitable install locations. However they forgot the bollard so they had to return later that day to complete the work. They also kept our premise clean during install.

Great company great product. I challenged the sales person with all the relevant questions and they not only answered with confidence but delivered on all the questions. We have made a significant saving with a battery and love the app. Since spoke to Liam about a possible upgrade as I am that impressed and he was full of integrity and explained all in detail yet again. Whilst there is a lot of companies out there I believe these guys deliver.
