Quality Solar Systems

Quality Solar Systems is a 100% Australian owned and operated company based in Toowoomba. It has more than nine years of experience in end-to-end solar management solutions. The company is a NETCC Approved Solar Retailer and a Clean Energy Council Approved Solar Retailer. It holds $20 million in public liability insurance and $5 million in professional indemnity insurance.

It has six professional in-house installation teams. It offers a 25-year workmanship warranty, and its products come with 25- to 40-year manufacturer warranties. It provides a free solar monitoring system to eligible solar customers, conditions applied. It manages all rebate applications and grid connection paperwork. It serves residential and commercial sectors.

Installing a solar power setup for a Toowoomba property begins with a conversation, and the accounts gathered here repeatedly return to how that conversation was handled. Sangeeta Gilhotra Geet is mentioned by name for making the mechanics of a system understandable and for matching a suitable size to the household without any sales pressure, which settled the doubts people arrived with. Roy features just as often, described as straightforward while walking through the differences between panel and inverter types, product and performance warranty details, and a configuration that suited the roof in question.

A detail many reviews return to is the fairness of the quoted cost relative to the hardware supplied. The fitting itself is spoken of as excellent, with one household confirming the array performed as promised a fortnight after it went up. After-sales contact is another thread running through the comments, portraying staff as attentive once the work had finished. Honesty from the first enquiry through to handover is the common element linking the feedback together, with communication and workmanship cited as reasons the team is regarded warmly.
