Voltforce Electrical Solar Air Conditioning

The experience was highly satisfying from the initial consultation with Voltforce to the handover of our home solar and battery system. The team provided expert advice on system layout and selection to meet our current and future needs, and guided us through component options. The installation crew was well-prepared and worked as a professional and effective team, which instilled confidence in the next generation of tradespeople. The installation of the 10.45 kW solar system with 12.8 kWh battery was completed on time. The crew also removed all packing and waste. The overall project coordination, scheduling, rebate processing, invoicing and communication were exceptional. Every member of Voltforce was hard-working, friendly, polite and professional.

We would recommend Voltforce for any Solar work. Before the work started we were given a list of what would be done. They arrived on time and were very professional. Each person had a job and did it well. They were respectful of our home and left the site clean and tidy. We would highly recommend this firm.

Joey & Logan from Voltforce Electrical replaced our oven/stove & we’re ultra friendly & helpful with any questions. They cleaned up after the job was done. Would highly recommend. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the very beginning, Jo was incredibly prompt, honest, and easy to deal with. He took the time to understand our household’s needs and recommended a system that was the right size for us, without any sales pressure or trying to upsell us into something we didn’t need. The turnaround was fantastic too—we went from quote to installation in less than a month, and the installation process was smooth and professional. The app is also excellent. It’s simple to use and provides really valuable information that makes understanding how our solar system is performing easy. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Jo was always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond, and it was great supporting a local business that genuinely cares about its customers. The pricing was very fair, especially considering the quality of the products used. I honestly wouldn’t waste your time getting multiple quotes—if you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and reliable solar installer, I highly recommend Jo and his team.

We recently had a grid-tied solar system and new fans installed by Joe’s team, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. They are thebest solar company in Toowoomba. Joe’s advice was clear, knowledgeable, and gave us confidence in the decisions we were making. The installation was completed efficiently and to an extremely high standard, with the team led by Nick. Nick took great pride in his work and treated the project as though he was working on his own home — ensuring every detail was taken care of. Communication throughout the process was excellent, with regular updates from both the installation crew and Kayla in the office, helping ensure everything ran smoothly. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the workmanship, professionalism, and overall service. We highly recommend Joe and his team to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality installation.

Ethan from Voltforce Electrical did a wonderful job at installing a new air con unit at my home. He was punctual and was very easy going and made the whole process stress free. I will be recommending Voltforce to anyone needing assistance.

At the inquiry stage Joe was knowledgeable, informative and helpful. Following up with a site visit clearly Joe’s trade experience provided on the spot assessment, solutions and clear understanding of solar performance and practicalities for our location. Installation day arrived as scheduled and to say his staff were organised is an understatement. Six workers with all the gear busying themselves in an orderly and professional manner. Installation went without a hitch, was completed in a timely manner with onsite supervisor Nick problem solving and consulting along the way. Finalisation and handover was simple and easy with a site showing no signs of them having been here. I highly recommend Voltforce Pty Ltd for any electrical work but more particularly for solar installation.
