These guys helped me with a difficult software configuration problem with my batteries and solar panel array. They were incredibly persistent and knowledgeable and were able to solve the problem. I recommend them unreservedly.

Had major issues getting them to price a job. After a onsite visit which went well i heard nothing for a month. After 3 months and a few phone calls chasing the quote still nothing. Obviously they are very busy but some sort of commication would have been appreciated

I found the team to be very helpful especially when issues developed with system. They resolved the issue promptly.

Yes Yes Yes This is a big shout out to Proven Energy, Toowoomba. After being ripped off by an energy provider, on an earlier solar system, we were very wary and careful on who we chose, for our replacement system. We took a leaop of faith with Proven and they did not fail. Peter (CEO) came out and inspected the site, and designed a system that best suited out needs and environment. No pushy sales, he wordked for our needs and wants, not a quick sale. After two months of chopping and changing out minds, Jason (Sales) and Peter came to the disign of a Deye System, also suitable for off grid. Both were very patient and helpful, throughout this process. Descion made, the team arrived on the day booked for instalation, no delays or excuses. the team worked fast and professionally, had the old system removed and new system up and running in no time. I inspected the site after completion and found no rubbish, wiring was perfect and hidden away and no water leaks. Excellent job. The system was designed for our current needs and also for our future protection, for when they jjack up the supply prices and remove solar tariffs, (which we all know they will), we can disconnect from the grid at any time. Sorry for the long review, but I cannot say enough about the team from Proven Energy. Thank you for your time.

Ocular EV charger installation. Initially took a while to lock in an installation date due to public holidays etc in April but it was worth the wait. Excellent service throughout the process from Peter, Emily, Joel and the team. They provided a high standard of work and explanation of what the installation would entail. We greatly appreciated their support and time taken in helping us work out the IT side of things too!
