Very positive experience from Cody and the team.6.6kw solar plus 16kwh Sigenstor battery with blackout protection. Competitive pricing, quality installation, and no final invoice until the system was up and running. Most importantly I wanted a local team that provided an all in one service from design to installation without any outsourcing and Arctic have met this need impressively, any questions and one minor issue I had were dealt with within 24 hours I would highly recommend .

These guys are so easy to deal with and extremely professional. The Solar products are of a high standard & well priced. Watching them do an install was like watching a Symphony of movement, about six guys rock up here and all knew exactly what they had to do. Installed within two hours, took all their boxes and rubbish away with them. I would highly recommend this company.

Amazing service and product! Had these guys upgrade our system recently and they were amazing. Their consultant was really knowledgeable and installers were fantastic. The system went on fast and they were done by lunch. The installers were happy to answer any questions I had and talk through the installation. The batteries are sleek and subtle in the garage and don’t take up any more room than a standard set of shelves. The app is really is to use and gives great details. Has reduced out power bill to almost $0

I have been contacting them for 6 months or more for a warranty replacement of my inverter and having no success. Leave messages with my details with their message service being told that they will let them know. I have had 1 call back which went to my message bank, which I returned to again with the same outcome, a message to their message service with no reply. Well it is a shame that it takes a poor review to get a proactive action. I had Cody contact after someone had shown my review, basically saying that due to the Christmas break they had a call center handling their phone calls. This might be true, but my review was to do with my total interaction with them which started November 2024. I have rung, emailed, and talked to staff at the premises and have basically had 3 phone calls and one email, which I have answered. It is a shame as I like to support local businesses where possible, but this drawn out process is not changed due to a little confused effort in the end

Very pleased with the service provided by Arctic Energy. The installation was great with a large team doing the installation, in a very timely manner. Everything was explained fully and I am confident that Arctic Energy will provide any support I require. I would recommend this company for their high standard of works and good value for money.

Got solar and SigenStor battery through Arctic and am very happy with the result. Very reasonably priced and have already recommended them to co-workers who are also interested.
