Partners in Energy - Orange

The Partners in Energy team were great to deal with, very helpful and professional. Stress free.

The principles of Partners in Energy Orange were excellent to deal with and were very competitive in a crowded solar market. The best thing is that they are all locals, which is a big plus if anything was to go wrong. They did a great job, were there when they said they would be, and left no mess behind.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from the team. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Communication was outstanding—they kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure I understood everything throughout the installation. The installers were incredibly professional, friendly, and respectful of my home. They worked efficiently without compromising on quality, and it was clear they took great pride in their workmanship. The installation was completed quickly, everything was left clean and tidy, and the finished result exceeded my expectations. What really stood out was their willingness to go the extra mile. They even took the time to source matching roof tiles for me, which was completely above and beyond what I expected. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made a huge difference. Thank you so much to the Partners in Energy team. It’s rare these days to find a company that genuinely delivers on both outstanding customer service and exceptional workmanship. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and hardworking professionals. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience such an easy and positive one! The solar panels and battery have exceeded well beyond my expectations in performance specially for winter in Orange.

Partners in Energy are excellent to deal with. They provide good pre and post sales support and the technicians who did the physical installation were polite and efficient.

Fantastic service from start to finish for our solar panel and battery installation. A special thanks to Kenny, who patiently provided several system alternatives and clearly explained of each option. He was very accommodating and had no hesitation in revising the quotation after our discussions. Even after I accepted the quote, I decided to upgrade to higher-spec solar panels, and they were happy to accommodate the change without any issues. The installation was completed on schedule, and the electricians, Josh and Chris, did an excellent job. Both of them were knowledgeable, professional, and worked efficiently. The system is working exactly as expected, and the pricing was very competitive. Overall, I am very happy with the service.

We had arranged to do our solar in with the Toby and the PiE team. They were exceptionally professional with very competitive pricing ! Great communication before and after. Turned up when they said they would and had the job done in the scorching heat without hesitation. We have had our solar up now for a few months and have never had a problem. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for solar installation.
