Panorama Solar Co.

From day one Tony was super helpful in guiding us in the right direction with our solar set up.Now we have a great solar setup thanks to Tony and the installer Dylan.Highly recommend this company give them a call you won't regret it Thanks Bill & Cheryl.

Panorama Solar have been great to work with. Dealing with a real person, face to face, who lives in Bathurst allowed me to navigate the minefield of quotes I had received for my battery. The battery was delivered and installed on time and Dylan was most helpful in setting up the monitoring software on my computer and phone. The battery is great - ran the aircon all day on those 40 degree plus days and the battery remained nearly full!

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Tony and his team. Good communication, good advice, very neat work and at a great price. Tony was the third quote I got for a battery, and I was almost suspicious of the low price. He was about half the price of the other quotes (including a local quote). Tony patiently answered my many question about battery sizing , inverters and rebates and even advised me to install a slightly smaller battery than I originally planned, even although it meant less profit for Tony. He always answered the phone, even on his off days while gardening. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Tony and Dylan! Louis Orange ,NSW

Tony has been completely helpful and easy to deal with. His initial quote and recommendation were incredibly detailed, giving clear information on expected performance and ROI projections. He ensured everything has been managed on time, ready before we moved in. The whole process from start to finish has been painless, and Tony has gone above and beyond to make sure that was the case.

They have still not provided all the information required by my HOA and I signed the contract with them last year. No installation date yet because my HOA will not approve until all information is provided. And Panorama will not communicate properly or provide me any of those details. I definitely do not advice anyone to sign up with this company.

Tony's was the fourth quote we asked for and I'm so glad we did! He didn't over-sell us a solar system that we didn't need, recommending an 8kw system when most were trying to sell us an 13kw system. He patiently explained everything and answered our many questions. He did recommend a 20kw battery which has been a game changer! The install guys were great and did a really good job. And of course, another bonus is that they're local!

We had a 3 kw solar power system recently replaced that was no longer operational and had a 6.6 kW solar power system with battery installed by Panorama Solar Co Bathurst , and we are absolutely delighted with the entire experience. From my initial contact with Tony, we were thoroughly impressed. Tony was incredibly knowledgeable, clearly explained all the aspects of the system and its benefits and patiently answered all are questions. He made the entire process straightforward, and we never felt pressured. Tony's professionalism and genuine helpfulness were outstanding. The installation team, Dylan and Callum, were also exceptional. They arrived on time, were highly efficient, and demonstrated a clear expertise in their work. The installation was completed seamlessly and to a very high standard. They were respectful of our property and ensured everything was left clean and tidy. Dylan and Callum were also friendly and happy to answer any questions we had during the installation. Overall, we are extremely pleased with my new solar power system and the fantastic service I received from Tony, Dylan, and Calum at Panorama Solar Co. I highly recommend their services to anyone considering a solar power system with battery storage. Thank you for a job well done! Gary and Michelle
