Orange Electrical Works

Orange electrical put more solar panels and a battery on our house today. They had a big day with our old house adding some unexpected issues. The boys kept at it and completed the job without complaint. Didn’t get away until after 5pm. Very happy with the job they did and the way they did it.

Salesman Reece was fantastic. Fully explained everything we needed to know about a new battery, going through several electricity bills to work out what suited us best as well as the proposed positioning of the new battery. Installation was carried out by Wayne and his crew. They were punctual, courteous , friendly and again took the time to explain things to us in detail. Job site was left very clean and tidy with all waste removed from site. 10/10 to Reece and Wayne and crew.

OEW installed a battery stack and upgraded our fuse box. They did a good job and would happily have other work done by them. They lost a star due to the lack of communication on when they were coming to do the job after me calling several times to find out a start date.

Very nice experience from the start. Reece quotes the job and a team of 6x installed the Heat pump, more Solar Panels and a battery. Wait was scheduled to be 19-11 weeks and they turned up in 3 weeks. Very good workmanship, cleaned up afterwards, no mess very pleasant and polite tradesmen. I'd recommend Orange Electrical Works to everyone. 💯

Prompt & friendly service. Fixed the issues I was having with my solar, gave me further information to get optimum performance & helped in planning upgrade. The service techs who attended were polite, knowledgeable & professional. Great service from the office staff to the field service. Highly recommend.

Great company to deal with. From initial enquiry to communication with sales rep; from assistance through phone calls; & now to final installation - Orange Electrical were extremely professional every step of the way. Great staff to deal with. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the team at Orange Electrical especially Daniel and Ryan. From start to finish, their service was outstanding. They were incredibly professional, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I knew exactly what was being done. The quality of their work was excellent, and they left everything clean and tidy when they were finished. It’s rare to find a company that combines such high-level expertise with genuine customer care, but Orange Electrical absolutely delivers on both. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work – reliable, efficient, and truly great to deal with. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!
