O'Brien Electrical & Solar Hervey Bay has built a strong reputation in the region for the professionalism of its electrical and air conditioning work, with reviewers consistently highlighting the same qualities across different jobs. Efficiency and punctuality come up repeatedly, with several customers noting that technicians arrived when scheduled and completed work without delay. Explanations and advice before and after the job are frequently praised, particularly for split system air conditioning service and repair.

Named team members including Bobby and Mitch are singled out for being thorough, clear in their explanations and professional in their manner. Tidiness is a recurring theme, with multiple accounts describing technicians removing their boots before entering and leaving the house spotless inside and out. The quality of installations and repairs is described as comprehensive and effective, with customers expressing confidence in the work performed.

Communication throughout the process, from the initial quote through to completion, is another point that comes up often, along with the friendliness and approachability of staff. Competitive pricing for the work carried out is also noted, and one customer mentions a short waiting time between booking and the job being done. The same themes of care, competence and respect for the home appear across air conditioning and electrical tasks alike.
