Top quality solar from Jesse and Josh and excellent communication with James, 5 stars all round
The team at Buzz Energy were so easy to deal with, and with their wealth of knowledge and experience made choosing and installing the right solar hassle free. Highly recommend!
I cannot recommend James and his team highly enough. Our Solar was installed promptly and efficiently. Communication leading up to installation day was excellent. We had a few hiccups with our roof which resulted in our roof needing to be fully restored and Solar install was delayed because of this. Nothing was too hard or a hassle for James and his team. Thankyou guys for your advice and honesty and the best job ever!! You will always get my recommendations.
My wife and I got a 9.5kw system in Maryborough. We couldn’t be more impressed with Buzz Energy’s customer service and installation of our system. We would recommend them to anyone looking to install solar in Hervey bay and Maryborough.
Buzz Energy was amazing to work with. I reached out to several companies and chose Buzz Energy because of their prompt responses, welcoming nature, and ongoing support. As this was my first solar system, I truly appreciated how supported I felt throughout the process, and I will be recommending this team to everyone. The system was delivered and installed ahead of time and above expectations, which was especially impressive during such a busy period like Christmas. James was with us every step of the way: before, during, and after installationn and was consistently informative, approachable, and supportive. On site, Dan was a wizard with the electrical system, while Josh and Mitch handled the solar panel installation on the roof with efficiency and care. From start to finish, the entire team was wonderful. Highly recommend Buzz Energy.
Thanks to James and his team we are finally " off the grid"! It was easy to choose the system that suited us as James extremely informative and patiently explained everything. Everything was arranged and installed within 5 weeks ... hats off to an amazing team
Buzz Energy was recommended to me by a friend who also had an amazing experience. I knew very little about Solar before speaking with James, he took the time to thoroughly explain things to me and was more than happy to answer my many questions. James is passionate about what he does and he asked alot of questions to make sure he was providing a system that would work best for our specific needs. James is friendly, professional and was fantastic with communication and provided ongoing support. James is punctual and was very respectful to me and my home, leaving it very clean and with minimal disruption. I could not fault James and his team and will definitely be using them again.
