Always professional and friendly service. Great new premises. Thanks Anthony and team.
Rang for some information and Brendan did not hesitate to share his wisdom, which helped us out of a pickle. Didn't purchase anything, wasn't being made to come in and buy something in exchange for Brendan's advice, was met with 100% professionalism and kindness. Will definitely be back for future purchases!
Our local plumbing outlet claimed Grunfos don't make pumps anymore?? I have dealt with this company before and they had exactly what needed. Rod said they had the pump in stock and said he would organise delivery asap. I can't ask for more than that.
NCPW are really helpful, know what they are doing and are reasonably priced. They are helpful and don’t mind going the extra mile.
Rohan was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Our pump was able to be was repaired on the same morning it was dropped off. Very cost effective and just all around great customer service. Thanks NCP&W.
