Coffs Solar Energy

I spoke to a lot of vendors and these guys were head and shoulders above the rest. The care, knowledge (and patience) and ultimately the installation was beyond expectations. Thanks Mark, Nick and team. A very happy customer.

The install team were very polite, punctual and professional. Nick provided very useful and honest advice to steer us down the right Solar path.

Coffs Solar performed 2 installations on 2 houses for batteries and more solar panels and they did very well. Seemed to have the whole crew here and install done that day. Had some adjustments made and very prompt return and rectify. I did look around before settling on Coffs Solar and their enthusiasm, support, friendliness and efficiency won me over. I certainly recommend them. Thanks for installing Solar electricity and batteries on 3 properties now. Pete from Coffs.

The Coffs Solar Energy team have today completed our 10kwh and 5kwh solar panel upgrade and 25kwh battery installation. The whole team from Pre-sales, Scheduling, Installation and Commissioning were excellent in their various roles - professional, knowledgeable, timely with responses, and patient with me. The Installation Team were also a breeze to work with on install day. They did a fantastic job and were all so polite to my wife and I. And we had no mess to cleanup ✅ 👏 I can’t speak more highly of my total experience with Coffs Solar Energy.

We selected Coffs Solar Energy as a couple of our friends recently had solar/battery systems installed by them, and were very happy with the service received. I just needed a battery. The customer service consultant gave us 3 options for our current solar panel system, plus a cost analysis for each. Installation was completed in a morning, the team were courteous, tidy and assisted me with the App associated with the Anker Solix battery. If you are considering a battery system for your home I would thoroughly recommend you consult Coffs Solar Energy.

We cannot recommend Coffs Harbour Solar enough, from our very first communication they have been fantastic to work with. Their whole team are professional and answer any questions you have. The job was finished on time and looks good. From sales, the job co ordinator to the installation team all did a great job. So from us, we could not be happier, thanks to all who work at Coffs Solar Energy, we will use them again if we expand.

Takes a while to get an appointment for installation as they are so busy but the advice about system required was perfect (matched my chat gpt' research) Speed of installation was unbelievable. Started in the morning and done by 230pm to fit large solar and battery system. Service for contract and follow up paperwork is slick - mostly through easily signed links. System appears to be working perfectly! Special mentions to Nick (sales) and Tom (lead technical guy) for their great service.
