Next Phase Solar

Next Phase Solar is a Mackay-owned solar company serving Mackay and Central Queensland, including the Whitsundays and Bowen Basin. It uses its own local crew and no subcontractors, and holds SAA accreditation. The company is fully insured and provides workmanship warranties of 1 to 3 years per project, with a 24-hour fixed-quote turnaround. Next Phase Solar designs and installs residential and commercial solar, home batteries, EV chargers and commercial electrical. It delivers commercial systems of 30 to 500 kW.

Mackay customers consistently highlight Next Phase Solar's speed and straightforward approach to solar and battery work. Reviews time and again mention how quickly a battery addition was completed, with one noting the turnaround exceeded expectations after hearing about longer waits from other providers. Brad is named often, described as clear, helpful and upfront from the first contact through to aftercare, and his pricing is called competitive without any pushy sales tactics. Several accounts describe the installation of new solar panels as smooth and stress free, with the team taking time to explain the system and answer questions along the way.

Reviewers also note that quotes came with no surprises and that install day ran without issues, leaving systems performing well and households saving on electricity bills. The same themes appear across the feedback: punctual scheduling, tidy workmanship, honest communication before and after the job, and a friendly manner that makes the process easy to deal with. The team's ability to handle both battery additions and full panel installations, backed by electrical and air conditioning expertise, comes through as a practical strength for local homes.
