Natural Solar

Won't provide necessary documents once installation is complete. We have used Natural solar twice. Quality panels and battery and very happy with the product, but after 6 months of installation they still have not provided the necessary documents required despite numerous calls and emails. This means we can't get credits for power going into the grid. It is costing us money.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. My sales representative Callum demonstrated excellent service and pretty much held my hand the entire way even answering the silly questions I had. Installation went without a hiccup and answered any questions I had on the day about the System. Great team great service. Highly recommend.

Great communication with a “team” of professionals that know their subject & actually communicate & work well together for the client. 5 stars to Jimmy Ewins & Emmett Fox for excellent pre & post install client service. Natural Solar gets 5 stars from us from our first enquiries to the final install of panels & tesla power walls through to post installation support. Jimmy (sales) who took endless phone calls & questions from us over a period of several weeks. He was very knowledgeable & responsive with information & return communications. We didn’t experience anything like this with other companies we were considering. Installers Nathan & Ethan were professional, punctual & courteous. Handled the job with ease. Diligent post install communication through Emmett (smooth handover by Jimmy) & he was onto our Cert of Compliance & other documentation immediately, answering all questions. Post-install support is often overlooked by Solar Suppliers.

The team at Natural Solar were fantastic! I had a Powerwall 2 installed and Shane walked me through the process and was responsive and fast tracked the installation. The installation team were brilliant and installed the system on a 35 degree day! Despite this they didn't rush and explained everything I needed to know and were able to answer all my questions. I was impressed with Emmett's prompt follow up after installation to ensure everything was ok and to offer ongoing support if I needed it. Very happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend Natural Solar to friends and family.

I found the team at Natural Solar to be responsive and very professional. From dealing with Alan in sales to Alex and Emmett along with the installers Carsun and Adam it was all up a great customer service experience. Follow up emails and calls have been very proactive. We now have the new PW3 installed and its smaller than the PW2 and fits nicely in the garage

I had a very positive experience with Natural Solar. Rupen was very knowledgeable and competitive with their prices. They arranged an installer a lot faster than we expected and even followed up the day after. The installers were punctual, friendly and tidy. Everyone was knowledgeable and a delight to deal with. Couldn't recommend them enough.

These guys were easy to deal with for an after-solar system home battery, both for the purchase decision and for arranging installation etc. The installation was quick and effective with the installers being very tidy and helpful. The price was very keen. I had to purchase some extras on account of the battery location (extra wiring and a sunlight / heat shield for the battery) and the prices offered on these were very reasonable. A word of warning / a tip: If you have to register your Tesla Battery with another organisation, be aware that Tesla (for reasons known only to Elon, possibly being in league with Satan) use ambiguous characters in their serial numbers (eg letter O and numeral zero). The safest way to get the S/N accurately is to "scrape" it off your Tesla app.
