Had a small issue with my caravan. Booked on line when i was one hour away and they took booking. Turned up and service was fantastic. Highly recommend this business. Great yo see some old fashion service happening. Thank you.
Highly Recommended. Thank you Jan for being so helpful and accommodating. Booked my car in after an excessive quote from another company (in Gladstone) well in the $3k. Lauries Auto team repaired my air conditioning a day early, I received great communication and I was pleasantly surprised the cost was cheaper than my quote due to the job not being as long. Thank you for being honest as not many companies would honour that and would have over charged on labour. Thank you for an exceptional service and for not taking this female for a run and saving me thousands. If I could rate higher than 10/10 I would!! :)
Great customer service & friendly owner/staff. I would highly recommend this business
Called down to get a quote on wiring for spotlights, Anderson’ plug and a 7 pin trailer plug I was told I should take it back to where I bought the car from Said they don’t do the wiring there Dan said he would email a quote to me It never came My husband called and he said he didn’t have time and would do it.. still don’t have the quote from him Would not recommend to anyone
Excellent business to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Cameron and his team did a great job replacing the evaporator for my vehicles AC which involves removing the entire dashboard and other components. They were very accomodating with getting the car booked in even after I had to call and change the date as something came up preventing me from getting to the original appointment.
The boys & girls did a great job supplying and installing the Redarch Break system along with an Anderson Plugs. They did it with short notice and we were on the road four hours later! Did a nice tidy job too! Thankyou
Laurie was very kind and fit us in for a quick fix of our car while we were on a 14 hour drive when the aircon started to play up. He diagnosed the issue and a temporary fix in 20 minutes when the RACQ service centre was too busy to help.
