We had a very disappointing experience with Hybrid Solar Energy Solutions. Back in February 2026, Rinku provided us with a quote and promised installation within 4 to 6 weeks. Unfortunately, that timeline was never met. From then on, we were repeatedly told installation would happen “next Wednesday,” but it kept getting pushed back, with the same explanation that no installer was available. This continued for weeks with no clear timeline or accountability. Now it’s already the end of April, and because of these delays, we’ve missed out on accessing a government subsidy for a battery system, which would have significantly reduced our overall cost. To make matters worse, we were recently contacted and told that while the price would remain the same, the battery capacity would be reduced. This is unacceptable, as we specifically needed a larger battery to suit our household’s energy needs. It feels like our requirements were not properly assessed from the beginning, and that the focus was more on securing a sale than providing a solution tailored to the customer. Overall, the experience has been frustrating due to poor communication, repeated delays, and lack of customer care. We expected a professional service that delivers on its commitments and properly considers customer needs.

From the initial consultation with Rinku to the final setup, their team is professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The installation has always been quick and seamless, and they really took the time to explain everything. I’m very satisfied with the quality of service and the performance of my solar system. Highly recommended! UPDATE: After 12 months of use from the second installation, my experience has been very different. Despite having an 11kW system, I continued receiving very high electricity bills, paying hundreds of dollars each quarter. Concerned, I engaged an independent electrician who identified the issue: Hybrid Solar had installed a single-phase inverter in my three-phase home. This installation error directly caused my high bills. When I raised this with Hybrid Solar Energy Solutions, they refused to acknowledge responsibility. Instead, they offered to sell me a new inverter at only a small discount—ignoring both the considerable cost of the electricity I’ve already paid and the money I invested in the single-phase inverter they incorrectly installed. What started as a positive experience has unfortunately turned into disappointment. I cannot recommend them after this costly and unresolved issue.
