Great customer service from Bob at Solar Spirit. Takes so much time out of his day to answer our questions and even came after installation to check how everything went and to help set up the app. The team who installed the solar did a neat and tidy job. Very happy.
We had a 6.6Kw PV with a Fox ESS, 8Kw battery and blackout coverage. I had researched the Jinko panels and they rate highly for efficiency and build. I was unsure about the Fox ESS however, the price was competitive and came with a good warranty. The app is easy to use to monitor the system which is working well. Very happy with the install service, looks professional and good communication at all stages.
