Gutter-Vac Coffs Harbour

Gutter-Vac Coffs Harbour is owned by Clinton and Samantha McCoy. Gutter-Vac was founded in 1995 by Warren Ballantyne, has been vacuum cleaning gutters for over 20 years, began franchising in Australia in 2000, and operates in eight Australian States and Territories. Gutter-Vac Coffs Harbour offers vacuum cleaning of commercial and domestic gutters, roofs, solar PV panels, ceiling cavities and downpipes. It provides pressure cleaning for roofs, driveways, wine vats, walls and soffit areas on residential, commercial and industrial buildings.

Additional services include gutter guard installation, tank cleaning using a specialised vacuum system that can clean water tanks while full of water, mould and lichen removal from exterior surfaces, bird proofing in a humane way that does not cause injury or harm to birds, and ceiling cavity cleaning. Gutter-Vac technicians have specialised training in Gutter-Vac vacuum technology. Gutter-Vac's vacuum units use wet-dry technology to clean sludge and wet materials, and debris is removed into large drums for easy offsite removal. Gutter-Vac carries comprehensive insurance and complies with National and State safety requirements. Services are backed by a satisfaction guarantee, and Gutter-Vac generates service agreements for continued services and recommends a preventative maintenance plan.

Punctuality and clear communication emerge as the themes that recur most often across accounts of this Coffs Harbour operation. Various customers describe being contacted ahead of the visit, with workers arriving when promised and completing gutter cleaning efficiently and without fuss. Reviewers repeatedly mention the thoroughness of the result, noting that heavily debris-filled gutters and roofs are left clear, and that before-and-after photographs plus a written report provide evidence of the work.

The service extends beyond gutters, with reviews referring to cracked roof tiles being repaired, photovoltaic solar panels being cleaned, and an assessment of rooftop mould. Clinton is named by one customer, who valued being spoken to plainly, walked through the options, and advised honestly and safely. A long-standing client of roughly a decade praises consistent communication and reliability, while another has the annual clean booked by text and does not need to be present.

Fair pricing relative to the job is described, and the friendliness and professionalism of the team come up time and again. Repeat business and annual scheduling arrangements feature strongly in the feedback. The tidiness of the finished work, the ease of dealing with the crew, and the detailed reporting on roof and gutter condition round out the recurring praise.
