It began offering only residential systems in 2010 and now also works in the commercial space. Green Reliance recommends yearly inspections by service technicians.

Knowledgeable guidance and a smooth process stand out as the themes that customers return to most often when describing this Parramatta solar business. Reviewers repeatedly mention the helpfulness of Loveen Bansal, who is described as taking time to explain how solar energy works and to make the sales process seamless, while Anthony and Maxi are named for friendly, professional installation work. Various customers describe systems being fitted efficiently and without mess or unexpected surprises, and one notes the installation happened earlier than expected.

Something that features in review after review is fair pricing for panels and batteries, with quality not compromised. Accounts cover a range of work, including a 26kW system installation, battery and panel combinations, and residential solar setups, with family referrals also mentioned. Customers note that communication stayed clear from the initial consultation through to completion, and one reports a zero-dollar bill with credit after the panels were fitted. Tidiness and problem-free completion feature in several accounts, alongside appreciation for the advice given before and during the job.
