Paul was great - if anyone needs solar panel of lichen cleaning he is your man.

This was the second annual clean of our 34 panels done by Paul. As usual, his service was efficient. The location of the panels on the eastern side in particular was challenging as there is a large drop to ground level but Paul takes this in his stride. A plus is he is a lovely guy to chat with and answers all questions relating to the cleaning process. Paul is in my diary for the next annual clean in 2027!

I connected with Paul after finding Extra Hand Solar Clean online. Paul was immediately great to deal with. Did an excellent job cleaning my solar panels which had never been cleaned before and had heavy lichen growth. My roof has very tricky access, and I was pleased to see Paul taking care to get the job done safely. Given the heavy lichen growth across my entire roof, especially the southern facing areas, I asked Paul to clean the entire roof - a huge job with again difficult access. Paul applied a biocide and then returned in 3-4 months to clean the roof - with the lichen coming off so much more easily after the biocide application. The roof looks like new and my solar panels are operating again at 100%. I would highly recommend Paul and Extra Hand - great job and awesome to deal with.

Paul offers a fantastic service and I would highly recommend him for any solar panel cleaning that you require. He was quick in responding to my initial query and was thorough in all dealings with him from that point. He did a fantastic job in cleaning the panels and surrounding debris on the roof in what was very hot conditions. A good local business in the Sutherland Shire. 5* from me!

Highly recommend this company. Our solar panels had lichen which we didn’t realise damages the panels and reduces electricity generation. Paul was amazing. He took his time to do a great job. The panels now sparkle and the cost was very reasonable. It also kept my hubby off the roof. Five + stars!!!
