Excel Power draws consistent praise across Toowoomba for work that blends solar and electrical expertise, and the feedback points to well-organised projects delivered with care. A number of customers describe solar panel systems and home batteries, often expanding existing set-ups with added battery storage and an electric vehicle charger, and reviewers note that the installed equipment has performed reliably over time. Neat and tidy workmanship is a recurring theme, mentioned after jobs spanning full solar installs and servicing, air conditioning units, outdoor lighting, powerpoints and switchboard work.

Communication stands out, especially detailed quoting and step-by-step explanations offered before, during and after the job. Named staff feature regularly: Graham in the office is praised for advice that continued long after completion, Jenna for prompt and pleasant handling of enquiries, and Jacob for overseeing a quick installation team. Reviewers also highlight fair pricing and same-day help with urgent electrical problems, plus the friendliness of the tradespeople on site. The care taken in explaining system monitoring and usage rounds out the picture.
