EcoKleenSolar Hervey Bay East

EcoKleenSolar Australia was established in Queensland in 2015 and operates as a franchise business network with operators in almost every Australian mainland state. The Hervey Bay East team is led by Samson and Gerard and serves the Hervey Bay East region, including Urangan, Torquay, Nikenbah, and Sunshine Acres.

EcoKleenSolar provides solar panel cleaning, inspections, thermal imaging, and bird proofing. It also offers exterior cleaning services including gutter cleaning and pressure washing. The company works with clients ranging from home and small business owners to large-scale solar farms. Its operators are small business owners who live and work locally.

Solar panel cleaning carried out by Sam sits at the centre of the feedback, and he is named in the overwhelming majority of accounts. A number of customers describe panels coming up like new, with some reporting a visible lift in solar input once the work was finished, while more than one review highlights punctuality, friendly and professional conduct, and clear communication from the first phone call through to completion. Something that features in review after review is the care taken around rainwater tanks, with one household noting that extra time was spent to keep dirt and mould out of the tank supply.

Customers also value the written report and before-and-after photographs supplied afterwards, along with quiet equipment and close attention to detail. Booking is described as straightforward, and the pricing is characterised as fair for the standard delivered. Sam's willingness to answer questions and share knowledge about the panels is mentioned alongside his evident pride in the result. Repeat bookings in later years are common across the accounts, reflecting the confidence householders place in the standard of finish achieved on each visit to the Hervey Bay area.
