Sunjuice Solar Hervey Bay

Quote good, Michael was so great had utmost confidence in him as a sales person, but sadly after all was complete, had problems with wi- fi , which was unale to be address after final payment was made. When attending office to make complaint, we were informed Michael was returned to the installation side of the business and a new sales person was in charge. I cannot recall this name , but he was less than helpful, arrogant and of no assistance whatsoever, stating it was our problem, and was not an after sales service that they had to do. August 2nd 2026 After my first bad experience, I had to go back into Sunjuice office to report another problem, spoke with Craig, who was more than willing and helpful to sort the problem. Craig came out to my residence, diagnosed what was wrong, and all was fixed and up and running, better than ever within a week. Thank you Craig and Gareth.

Cant thank these guys enough for getting my panels up and running. Craig thank you for your patience in walking me through my electricity bills... it is a minefield out there. Fantastic service.

The best solar company on the Fraser Coast. Incredibly knowledgeable and always put the customer first. I would highly recommend this company for any solar install, residential or commercial.

We can highly recommend Sunjuice Solar, so easy to deal with very professional, friendly and helpful. We would like to thank everyone at Sunjuice Hervey Bay from the office staff to the young men, who were very professional and happy guys who installed our solar system this week, what a great team and thankyou for helping us out with a different matter, much appreciated, we give the three of you five stars too. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Brandon a big thankyou for your patience and people skills you made everything easy for handling Strata and working through the process needed and Craig for coming out quoting and also understanding my need to supply the strata application before going ahead. What a team. Thank you and I look forward to getting the approval and going forward with Sunjuice Solar Hervey Bay. Happy Christmas 🎄

Hi. Craig and his team do know their stuff. I spent many weeks researching everything and had a install of 20kw. Everything was explained to me not once but quite a few times. I made my decisions and there were a few things I wasn't sure about. All these things once again were explained to me in detail. I recommend sunjuce Craig and his team to give the best possible advice for your circumstances. Sofar "" so good ""

Cannot recommend this company highly enough for honesty, integrity and customer service. After purchasing our first solar system from John and Gloria from Sunjuice Solar for our new home 11years ago we had an inverter issue after 3 years. I called the office and within 72 hours it was replaced. No warranty hoops to jump through. Two days before Christmas in 2024 while I was away with work the PV switch blew on the side of the house. I called the office again and dealt with Craig (who now manages the business). Once again a crew was dispatched to investigate the matter. We required a new inverter which was installed inside a week during the holiday season. All I can say is that this company has earned our ongoing support for our solar needs due to their professionalism and customer service.
