We had an excellent experience with Climate Care for the installation of our replacement solar system with a battery and new hot water system. Sue is very efficient behind the scenes and everything was well organised. The team that did the work were thoughtful in their dealings with us and with the aesthetics of the system and pipework. When they left there was none of the usual post tradie clean-up that we have had to do in the past. Andrew was very easy to deal with and was willing to answer any of our queries regarding future proofing of the system. We are very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend this team.

Dont use this company. And if you ever get an insoection done ask for their SAA licence. The so called insoevctor dosent have one.

The workmanship during installation of my new solar system was second to none. Every connection was inspected by the electrician/owner. I have nothing but praise and satisfaction for a job well done.

As an electrical contractor, I have over the years, had many business dealings with Climatecare Electrical. The integrity and honesty of the owners has to be experienced first hand. Andrew’s knowledge of solar power is incredible and is just as capable designing a system to suit a domestic household in the suburbs as an off-grid system for a cattle station out west, this also includes solar hot water. The office is well handled by Dee and his partner Sue, who is also well suited to answer any questions you may have about solar. The electrical install team headed by Ethan is efficient, neat and above all meets all the required standards. Whilst I don’t live in Rockhampton any more, I would still travel to work along side their team if asked. As the installer of a system of a reviewer who has previously left a rather obscure poor review, I can confirm that neither exposed cables or terminals ever occurred. I would never damage my own business reputation or licence or that of another to leave an electrical installation in an unsafe situation. Great service & knowledge, honest and sell & install excellent products. The team at Climatecare go above and beyond with their customer service. We had a solar hotwater system put in and they were really great - we asked a LOT of questions and they provided honest answers, ensuring we got the right system for us. We were so impressed, we also had them update our split system air conditioner - we've saved heaps with both systems now and couldn't be happier.
