Installed Solar circuit breaker keeps trippingwith no reason and contacted them to visit and fix, no response and not interested. Business only interests the selling, not interesting in fixing issues after sale.

I have been getting quotes to install solar and decided to go with Clean Tech due to price. I have just canceled the order as the follow up to emails and requests was terrible and I had to ask for someone to attend site before install to ensure everything was in order. I came home from work early however no one turned up. I have since canceled the order.

We had a few problems with Clean Technology Services. The biggest was that they caused electrical damage to our switch board and RCD. The problem happened a month after the installation. We called our local electrician and he said he couldn’t leave the damage and it needed to be repaired to be made safe. So we spent $330 on repairs. The electrician said the problem would have caused be the solar people. CTS acknowledge that they should have been called to fix the repairs but will not take responsibility or pay for the repairs. Other problems, on the day of installation CTS turned up 4 hours later than agreed and then installed the wrong inverter. They had to come back at a later date to replace the inverter with the correct one. I can not recommend this company. Very disappointing.

Just a big thank you to the team at CTC especially Graham who left no stone unturned to honestly explain the different types of panels and inverters available on the market, no sales pitch just honest and well articulated facts, am glad i spent that hour with him. System installed yesterday by Dom and Tishi (hope that was right) in very trying conditions, absolutely professional in everything they did, attended on time the place was spotless before they left and took time to show the system working before they attended there next job. Would and will highly recommend them in the future. Thanks again as it was a stress free process.

I have had my solar system up for about a year and a half, my first full bill from synergy was $10.00 the subsequent bills have been going up. I contacted the company and was asked for my power bills, which i sent. I said that the inverter was making clunking noises in the morning, i know now that it was turning on and off, i was told that something would be done, i had a phone call asking about my inverter and that was it. The power bill a year after the cheap one was way over $100 more, running the same things in the house. A few months ago i spoke to a local who also has solar, a small system but having big savings, last bill she got a check. I was not happy when i found out that there is a 6 person family with a 6 kw system received a $300 cheque in the mail while i received a $270 bill, same size unit, only two people. I had a solar expert come to my house, he said that the panels had been poorly placed (behind a tree). so i contacted the company again, this time they sent someone and i was told that my panels would be moved and be divided so that they would be on the east and west side, originally all were on the east side.be they have since been moved. The power setting on the inverter was reset to high. I was told having a large system that the bill did not seem right. after many messages to the company i My latest bill was $345. i sent an email with the bill asking for an explanation as to why i am getting high bills and other people with same system, have none. I said the inverter is still turning on and off, i was told that they had set it to the highest setting, they agreed my power bill seemed high. i was told to set up my inverter on wifi that way they can monitor it and send the result to western power, i was told that an email would be sent to show me how, never got one. I am a pensioner, i had a large system installed to get small power bills .

Clean Technology Services provided me with a top quality Fronius inverter and Q cell panel system at a price that was by far the best we found on the market. Tshering was very easy to deal with and investigated and answered questions i had about the install prior to committing. The installers did a very neat job and took pride in their work by cleaning up after selves which is rare to see these days. Great job on a challenging 2 storey installation.

CTS proved to be a most efficient and pleasant company to deal with. They provided a most competitive quote of Tier 1 panels as well as the quality Fronius inverter. The 5kw system they installed is certainly performing up to a high standard and has given us 'free power' over the past two summer months. The install of the system was both on time and extremely neatly finished off. No mess, no fuss. I have already recommended them to two friends in my area, and they have also been most impressed with CTS.
