Fantastic service. Ben completed all work on a timely manner. House was very old so ben upgraded wiring to ensure everything was functioning correctly Highly recommend this company
Ben is great, made our purchase easy to understand. Responded extremely quickly to our enquiry and followed up on emails and calls in detail. Ben talked us through details with Solar, inverters and battery storage, we felt very comfortable our needs were being met. Sam and the boys were great, very clean, respectful and the App explained. Thoroughly recommend Broad Electrical and Air Conditioning for all your Solar needs and loving watching our Synergy bill going down!!!
Excellent job done and ended up being bigger than anticipated for both of us. Connor was so easy to chat to considering I'm not really comfortable with ppl I don't know in my living space for long time periods. Prompt and regular contact when communication required is a big bonus and very appreciated. I Will use this team again and recommend to others 100%. Kelli 🤗
Absolutely 5 star service. Admin team were responsive and gave us options for solutions before starting the work; gave us a quote to make sure we were happy to continue with the job; kept us updated throughout the whole process from start to finish. Our electrician Caleb checked in before arriving, he and his apprentice for the day were both very professional and completed the job quickly. Highly recommend the team at Broad Electrical and Air Conditioning!
Excellent service, friendly staff. They came out for an emergency fix due to the storms and happily help with a couple of other items at the same time. I would highly recommend Broad Electrical and Air Conditioning.
Caleb from Broad Electrical was outstanding in his commitment to service. Went out of his way to achieve customer needs. On time and reasonable price for the job. Worked on our caravan. Recommend these guys and the workmanship.
The gentleman that came to install my aircon were very polite and professional, they cleaned up the area, when finished by vacuuming my floor and left the place clean as it was before they arrived..would recommend them to anybody..
