Today we had 5 Air Cons cleaned and checked over by Guy. I am so glad I called Big T. Guy was terrific. I can not fault him or the job he did in any way. Polite, personable, efficient, tidy workmanship, an Old School Tradie in a Young Tradie body. Brilliant! We will see Big T & hopefully Guy next year. Thank you Young Man. You deserve a raise.

Their tradesman are top notch with a can-do attitude and a real talent for problem solving that they were enthusiastic about. Like Brysen and Bailey that did our work. We called and spoke with Laura to organise extra solar panels installation, the cleaning of the existing panels which were installed by Big T 12 months ago and the servicing to our air con units & Ducted systems. Laura was so lovely and organised a date and time that would suit us. Bryce and his team turned up nice and early, sending an arrival time text. The guys did a fantastic job as usual staying all day to ensure all the required work was completed. The team were very professional, friendly and very efficient. They left all areas worked on clean and tidy at the end of the day. Joey came out explained how the extra Solar Panels would work. The further increase in savings we would make and the best way & times to utilise the solar system and battery to ensure the maximum benefits to us would be made. BigT Electrical are the only company we use for our Electrical, Air Conditioning and Solar System. We highly recommend them to everyone and anyone!

I would like to commend Guy for a job well done. He fixed the air conditioner efficiently and professionally. Throughout the service visit, he was polite, courteous, and respectful.
