Battery World Mandurah

Battery World Mandurah is a Battery World store located in Mandurah, Western Australia. It is part of Battery World, an Australian battery retail franchise founded in 1997 with its first store opening in North Queensland. Battery World's parent company, Century Yuasa, was established in 1928, and Battery World has been operating for over 28 years.

The store sells car batteries, 4WD batteries, motorbike batteries, marine batteries, lawn, golf and mobility batteries, and truck batteries. Services include battery testing, battery fitting, roadside car battery assist, battery recycling, remote and fob battery replacement, watch battery replacement, car battery fitment, motorbike battery fitment, boat and jet ski battery services, trade services, jump starts, battery reset service, and battery charging.

Battery replacement and fitting dominate the accounts left for this Mandurah store, with several customers describing a fast turnaround on everything from car starters to motorbike batteries. Several accounts note the speed of the service, noting that batteries were tested, removed and replaced on the spot rather than requiring a return visit, and that jobs were completed promptly even when customers arrived close to the end of the day.

Named staff are singled out for praise, particularly Craig, whose knowledge of battery compatibility was credited with solving a series of operational faults in a vehicle that had been running on the wrong unit, and Jack, who stayed back to reset a car's settings after a purchase. A theme running through the feedback is the helpfulness and courtesy of the team, with customers describing patient advice on selecting the correct battery and a willingness to go out of their way.

Fair pricing also features in the feedback, with the cost of batteries and installation described as competitive, and the stock on hand described as fresh and readily available. Customers note that the correct fitment for technically sensitive vehicles was achieved, and that problems caused by an earlier incorrect battery were resolved. The tone throughout is appreciative of knowledgeable, polite service.
