The team was great, efficient and tidy install. Accomplished all my requests and found the extra things I wanted With my system. So far after sales service has been great sorting any problems out and help with the system (not that there's been many problems). overall the new sigenergy system works great and install was amazing. I highly recommend them to everyone i see and happy ro show off the system to people.

Barra Solar Power were knowledgeable and very helpful in assisting us with our initial requirements. Their communications with us were professional, providing detailed information and the quote was very competitive. This allowed us to make an informed decision to go with Barra Solar to install our solar system. The installation team were proficient and left the areas tidy. Our solar package has been working perfectly with just a little tweak. We would recommend Barra Solar and to date their after sales service has been great.

From the start the people at Barra Solar were polite, professional & understanding. They weren't pushing any agenda and were very accommodating while we were exploring different options. Jody kept us updated & in the loop prior to the install. On the day of the install, the team was very professional and finished the job quickly. We even had a visit a week after to check everything was working as it should. If I had to do another install, hands down I'd be calling Barra Solar.

Where great to deal with from initial contact and quote, talking through our exact needs and requirements, through to the install. Had a minor issue and they sent out an electrician to rectify it the very next morning. Would highly recommend and I love that they are a local Townsville business

I chose Barra Solar to replace my existing old system with a Sigenergy solar system with batteries . They were very knowledgeable and explained any questions I had prior to the install. There were cheaper alternatives however they provide a quality product / service. Communication in regards to install dates / delays due to weather etc was very professional. There was a small issue after install however it was resolved with one phone call on a Saturday so I can’t fault the after sales service . Although it’s only been a few months the system the signs are fantastic I have a zero power bill to date with credits. Regards Chris

I chose Barra Solar to install batteries at my premises in Townsville. I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge, and the helpfulness (and patience) of Jody, the operative who handled my many, many questions and numerous call backs. That was a considerable factor in my initial decision to go with Barra Solar. On the day of the install, the technicians arrived promptly and efficiently installed the solar batteries, connected them to the solar system in the manner which ensured maximum benefit, both in terms of minimising any reliance on the grid, and effectively reducing future power bills to $0. They also assisted with installing an app on our phones to enable remote monitoring of the batterie’s performance and ensuring we could use the app properly. Definitely recommend Barra Solar …….. 10/10. 👍👍
