AUS SOLAR ENERGY GROUP Melbourne VIC

Aus Solar Energy Group Pty Ltd has been operating since 2009 and is 100% Australian owned. The company was established in NSW and now operates in QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, WA, TAS and ACT, with offices in Victoria, NSW, WA, Tasmania and South Australia.

Aus Solar Energy Group designs and installs solar systems for residential and commercial clients, and installs solar batteries. Its solar PV systems are installed by CEC Accredited Installers and meet CEC Accreditation Guidelines. The company sources solar panels from companies in China and Germany, and has a UK company called UKSEABS.

Reliability carried through from the first discussion to the completed installation is the theme that runs through feedback from Clayton South and across Melbourne, where the company fits rooftop solar and battery systems. Customers in several reviews describe a hassle-free experience, noting that clear explanations were given in everyday language before any work started, and more than one review highlights the neatness of the cabling and the tidiness of the crew, who turned up on the agreed day and left the site clean.

The standard of workmanship on the roof and the fact that jobs were completed to schedule feature often, as does the product knowledge the team brings to questions about system design. Households report that their new panels and batteries are already lowering power bills, and that help continues after the final setup rather than stopping at handover. Smooth dealings from quote to commissioning are a common thread, with the finished system delivering what was promised and after-sales assistance remaining close at hand. Electrician-led work, solar and battery installation and post-installation service are the tasks described.
